Meaning Of Wednesday Wisdom

Did you know Wednesday Wisdom
Wednesday wisdom is a weekly radio broadcast highlight a story or poem which will bring insight or meaning to your day. Bill Jacquemin, who is a teacher of maths and science as well as a specialiser and owner of The Connecticut Weather Center, inc in Danbury, Connecticut, created Wed wisdom. Bill explains however Wed wisdom was created; Wed wisdom began within the late 1990’s in bethel middle school in bethel, CT. As an eighth grade earth science teacher I needed to provide my students more than simply facts in Science or skills in maths. I wished to share with them some insight or knowledge they might use for the remainder of their lives. every Wed i'd pass out a story or poem to my students and that we would read them together as a class. sometimes the readings would bring new perspective to their life experiences but sometimes they'd not immediately realize any personal significance in them at all. i'd encourage them to save the stories and poems to read at a later time. usually readings gain new significance over time and revisiting them later adds new which means.I began Connecticut Weather Center, Inc. in 1985. one of our many services is to supply weather info to radio stations. On WICC 600 AM in bridgeport, CT I started to read the Wed wisdom items as a feature at every Wednesday’s 8:15AM weather. The response was tremendous. Listeners would frequently call or e-mail to ask for copies of the readings. i started compiling the readings, set to background music, and record them to CD. Those CDs ar now available for purchase.Part of the proceeds from the sale of these CDs goes toward a utilization program for pc and electrical instrumentality. equipment like cell phones, GPS Units, I pods, computers, printers, and associated pc electronics are finding their way into our landfills. these items exists there for a very long term and eventually will leak harmful chemicals into the soil that ar contained within the electronic elements in these items.

This contaminates our soil and facility. My goal is to reduce the amount of those items by collection and recycling them. Businesses across the state donate space for drop off locations. we then collect the donations and make sure that they're properly recycled. some of the old computers may be refurbished and set up as automatic weather stations around Long Island Sound (LIAM Network), shrub Lake (CLAW Network) or the network for weather stations over the northeast ski areas (NEWSNO). All of the weather data is reported  back and accessible for free on our web site at www.ctweather.com. thank you for your support of Wed wisdom. I hope the readings here can enrich your lives and facilitate United States keep the earth inexperienced.

Time for the second installment...
From the feedback we've had i feel we've not only created a community of like minded, off the wall, fun party goers, however we've cemented an amazing very little event into the festival calendar that may only grow in to something special!
You guys are the foremost wonderful & nicest cluster of people we have seen at an event for a long time! Even the campsite was speckless on Monday! it will be hard to top 2016, however we have got concepts brewing that'll make you proud!
The capacity is staying at five hundred for 2017 and we're progressing to grow the party rather than the crowd.
"Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is however you do a festival in it's first year, fucking boom!!! could these guys be the next Boomtown?" - Dutty Moonshine
"Well if that isn't what it's all about, i will eat my beaver. cannot thank u guys enough for rounding off this festival season in style!!" - Slamboree
WHAT HAPPENED THEN?
As gentlemen and women of high regard gathered and created preparations, for what was to be a garden party of noble and stately origins, a dark cloud, in the shape of each a ship and a caravan, eclipsed the sun and a feeling of unease slithered down the spine of every wellborn.
A band of carefree circus freaks and misguided musicians disembarked the vessel and ammassed a mutiny of sorts upon the unsuspecting party patrons!
"...YOUR LIFE OR YOUR BOOTY?" squalled a lowly performer to a lord, "YOU'LL SEE me ALOFT IN YOUR PRECIOUS dwelling within A YEAR! TURNTABLES SPINNING AND AMPS ABLAZE WITH THE SOUND OF THE PIKEY PIRATES!"
...and as the sun shone and also the mud settled among the bear feet of the circus mongers a gentle resinence touched every of noble blood and that they knew that the colorful guests were right. The party will always crave a darker carnival side!
